Msr Hotel Hannover

Convenient location near the hospital with easy access to public transport. Clean and spacious room with modern bathroom, and useful amenities such as a mini fridge and water kettle. Staff were nice and pro, particularly Dagmar at the reception, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. Free parking and a good breakfast buffet were also great features of the hotel.

I went to Hannover to visit the Medizinische Hochschule Hannover (mhh), the hotel os in front the Hospital, it's very confortable localization for this, but it's a little bit far from the Center turistic area. Despireis, there's a S-Bahn station just 2 blocks from the hotel (line 4). The hotel is very clean! There are just 3 restaurants around hotel's neighborhood. I've tried the Chinese (Gingko) and the Italian (Trio) restaurants, both were great!!!

The reception doesn't work 24h. So, if you'll arrive there on Sunday night, you must be lucky as me. The Hotel's front door opens just by room's key (after check in) than you must to contact the hotel person exactlly when you'll be there. The hotel's neighborhood is very desert and a little bit dark, but look seems savety. Because that, it is not a turistic hotel, but it's a great and nice option to visite the mhh.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the city lights. The reception staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, providing us with useful information about nearby restaurants and attractions. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and only a short walk to the main shopping district.

We expected more variety, especially for the holiday season. the heating system in the room was not working properly, leaving us feeling cold during our stay.

A good base for breif business trip

Located near a train station, this hotel is easy to get to. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with modern ensuites and comfortable beds. Staff try their best, and the breakfast is delicious with a good range of options. Free parking is great, and the hotel is quiet at night.

One staff member's personal hygiene could be improved.

Excellent hotel, modern and comfort. Large room, good breakfast. City center is easily reachable by the tram-train (comes each 10 minutes). Well designed bar.

Wifi was free but unreachable in my room in the middle of the hotel. 2 hotspots are situated on the sides.

It is the first hotel that we found the warm welcome word on the table when we arrived. They also noted my comments that I have my son with us. So totally three beds are ready. Very nice.
